Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The La Familia Auto Insurance Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by La Familia Auto Insurance (“Sponsor”), with participating locations throughout the United States.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals residing in the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, franchise owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies of Sponsor, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins when promotional messaging is first distributed and ends at 11:59 PM local time on February 28, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by:

Replying “WIN” to an authorized Sweepstakes promotional text message from Sponsor.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase insurance.
Sponsor may also make alternative free entry methods available at participating locations or through promotional materials.
Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
5. Prize
Winners will receive one (1) $500 gift card, awarded in the winner’s choice of one of the following:
• Amazon gift card
• Target gift card
• Visa prepaid gift card
No substitution or cash redemption permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted after the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry. Winners must respond within five (5) days or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may require identity verification before awarding a prize.
8. Publicity Release
Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries or communications.
Entries generated by automated means or manipulation are void.
10. Privacy
Information collected may be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and to provide insurance information or marketing communications where permitted by law. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and affiliated entities from liability arising from participation or acceptance or use of any prize.
12. Disputes
Sweepstakes is governed by applicable U.S. laws and regulations.
