La Familia’s Summer Championship Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ###

1. Eligibility

 La Familia’s Summer Championship Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of La Familia Auto Insurance (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, June 1, 2026, at [9:00 AM EST] and ends on Friday, July 10, 2026, at [5:00 PM EST] (the “Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway consists of five (5) distinct weekly entry periods and drawings.

3. How to Enter

To qualify for the weekly giveaway drawings, participants must complete an insurance quote through one of the following methods:

• Complete an online quote entry form

• Visit one of our locations for an in-person quote

• Call our call center and receive a quote from one of our licensed agents

To receive a valid entry online, participants must complete all required quote steps, including:

• Basic contact information

• Vehicle details

• Driver information

• Policy selection

Eligible entries submitted during each weekly entry period will automatically be entered into that week’s Friday drawing, beginning June 12, 2026.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per weekly entry period. Multiple entries from the same person in a single week will be disqualified. Use of automated entry systems is prohibited.

4. Prizes and Odds

• Prize: Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $100 Gift Card (one winner per week).

• Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500.

• Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each respective weekly entry period. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing each Friday during the Sweepstakes Period, starting Friday, June 12, 2026.

Drawing Dates: 

• June 12, 2026

• June 19, 2026 

• June 26, 2026 

• July 3, 2026 

• July 10, 2026 

Potential winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry within two (2) business days following the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within three (3) business days of notification, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected via random drawing.

6. Taxes and Liabilities

Winners are solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes associated with prize acceptance. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the entry, drawing, or use of any prize.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected during entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at https://lafamiliainsurance.com/privacy-policy/. By entering, you agree to receive promotional communication from Sponsor (you may opt-out at any time).
